McGhee’s is proud to be an official partner of the Scotties in the City campaign in support of Maggie’s. 

A pack of giant Scottie dogs will be coming to Glasgow this summer, all to raise awareness of Maggie’s and the support the charity provides to people with cancer and their friends and family.

About the Scotties

Each Scottie on the trail will be unique, designed and painted by talented artists, and sponsored by local businesses.

We’re excited to introduce our very own sponsored Scottie, Jencks. You will be able to find Jencks on the official Scotties in the City art trail this summer.

Working with Wild in Art, the trail will engage local communities and bring thousands of visitors into the city. And all while raising awareness of Maggie’s and the support the charity provides to people with cancer and their friends and family.

We can’t wait to introduce our very own Scottie dog in the coming weeks.

90 Years of McGhee’s

This partnership feels especially meaningful for us as we celebrate 90 years of McGhee’s. From our beginnings as a small bakery in Maryhill to becoming one of Scotland’s best-known names in baking, community has always been at the heart of what we do. 

While we now bake from our site in Port Dundas, our values remain the same: quality, tradition, and supporting the people around us.

We’re honoured to support Maggie’s through this fantastic initiative and can’t wait for you to spot the McGhee’s Scottie in the wild this summer.
