Currently led by the third generation of McGhee’s alongside the fourth generation of McGhee’s bakers, we are continuing the family’s proud track record of providing quality products, both value and luxury, through a genuine passion for craft baking. Gordon McGhee

Managing Director of McGhee’s Bakery and former president of Scottish Bakers, Gordon is a graduate of the MBA programme at the University of Glasgow.

Favourite McGhee’s product:
Crispy roll.

Ian McGhee

The current president of Scottish Bakers, Ian is the Production Director of McGhee’s Bakery, leading the team within the company’s M8 Food Park base.

Favourite McGhee’s product:
Potato scone.

Stuart McGhee

Like Gordon and Ian, trained engineer Stuart has been a director at McGhee’s since the 1990s and now oversees the company’s sales operation.

Empire biscuit.

Aisling McGhee

A qualified CA having previously worked in the finance sector, Aisling is a fourth generation McGhee and moved into the business to take on the role of Group Financial Controller.

Ginger marmalade slice.

Russell McGhee

Also a fourth generation McGhee, Russell works as a bakery manager on the production side of the business, while upskilling and learning across other sectors.

White Chocolate and Raspberry donut.

Grant McGhee

Another fourth generation McGhee’s baker, Grant is training in the production area of the business, supporting Ian and Russell.

Pineapple Danish.
